【摘要】:EstablishesmethodologyforspecifyingandtestingtheperformanceofCNCmachiningcenters.Inadditiontoclarifyingtheperformanceevaluation,thisStandardfacilitatesperformancecomparisonsbetweenmachinesbyunifyingterminology,generalmachineclassification,andthetreatmentofenvironmentaleffects.Itprovidesaseriesofteststhatshouldbeusedtoperformacceptancetesting(runoff)ofnewandreconditionedmachinesandcouldbeusedtoverifycontinuedcapabilityofproductionmachines,alreadyinoperation,throughperiodictesting.ThesetofacceptancetestsandthespecificationlimitsformachineconformanceshallbethesubjectofcontractualagreementbetweentheSupplierandtheUser.Thisstandardisrathercomprehensive;thereforeforsmallerandlessexpensivemachinestheconformancetospecificationscouldbebaseduponarecommendedsubsetofteststoevaluatemachineperformance.
