【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandrefrigerationperformanceofrefrigeratedbuffetandpreparationtables.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectarefrigeratedbuffetandpreparationtableandunderstanditsenergyperformance.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelectricself-containedrefrigeratorsusedforholdinganddisplayingrefrigeratedfoodinanopenarea.Therefrigeratedbuffetandpreparationtablecanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Maximumenergyinputrate,ormaximumcurrentdraw(10.1),Thermostatcalibration(10.4),Lidupenergyrateandtemperatureperformance(10.5),andLiddownenergyrate(10.6).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
